The room was comfortable, but it smelled like smoke all night.

There was a strange kind of smell in the whole floor and the room and by massive use of roomspray they probably try to hide this . Our room , front- side , was not big but the beds were okay . We could not open our windows unfortunately in the morning because of the smoke coming from the old bakery chimney , across the street .
Breakfast in the top floor was rather poor and when the hotel is full ( many groups ) you will have to wait till a table is available . Unfortunately we were charged double , on our credit-card however we dis pay cash at departure . After many mails to the Hotel and Booking we now , after 6 weeks , did get the refund . Many other clients , did have the same problem , we were told because of their local Credit-card / Bank ! Just for your information .

It was in a fantastic and fab location with Mevlana Museum nearby.

Unbelievable that this hotel claims to be 3 stars! The linen was dirty, and the breakfast was absurdly mushy. I woudl ve been thrilled with a room upgrade for such inconveniences, but no, just plain disappointment. Not returning for a second round of this fiasco!

Consider me officially shocked
The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a feast with local delights, enjoyed on the rooftop overlooking the fine shrine. Plus, we couldn't beat the central location for exploring historical sites. Definitely returning for a longer stay to soak it all in!

Great breakfast, great location. Clean and professional.
I think the front desk is more used to dealing with business and vacationing types, whereas we were backpacking. So when we asked about ways to the airport and bus station, using local transport was not even an option they had in mind.

Location: the hotel was really close to archaeological museum, and the market. Restaurant Civar Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Functional guest room was a highlight for us. We loved its rich and large breakfast.

When our rental car broke down they were fantastically helpful in getting it repaired swiftly and at little inconvenience to us. They also upgraded us to a suite which was great luck.
